Italian stocks were down more than 3.0 percent on Friday just before the end of the session, with the market wracked with worries over Italy\'s financial state as borrowing rates hit record highs. The FTSE Mib index tumbled 3.31 percent at 15,244 points at 1525 GMT after news that the International Monetary Fund would oversee Italy\'s efforts to reform its economy and stabilise its public finances.
